Gift certificate terms

• No expiration. Florida law bars expiration dates and post-sale fees on purchased gift certificates (Fla. Stat. 501.95). Never expires.
• Transferable, not redeemable for cash. Full refund on request within 30 days of purchase if unused.
• Weather: if the weather isn't good for a first flight, we reschedule at no cost.
• Requirements: the flyer must meet the club's rules and the airplane's weight limits; under-18 flyers need a parent or guardian signature.
• Lost certificate: reissued from records with the buyer's name or email.
